- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receiving the returned item in good condition. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts cannot be returned. Custom orders and sale items are also non-returnable.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products. For defective items, we will cover the shipping cost upon approval.
- Exchange Policy: If you need to exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
